What makes MMI Domestic Services different?
MMi Domestic Services is a family run business, not a booking website. All our bond cleaners are employees who are trained by us and/or have external qualifications.
When creating our services we have developed an Exit Clean that is all inclusive with a set price attached. View our checklist (link) to see all of our inclusions. We regularly receive calls from tenants, owners & property managers asking about our inclusions and they are very surprised that we include all cleaning in our bond cleaning service.
We do this to make it easier for you to work out what you’re paying for and to make sure that the most detailed property managers are ecstatic with our exit cleans.
How long does a MMI Exit Clean take?
Our estimates of time required to provide our guaranteed bond cleaning service are as follows:
Standard:
- 1 Bedroom Unit/townhouse, 1 bathroom: 6-8 hours
- 2 Bedroom Unit/townhouse, 1 bathroom: 8-10 hours
- 3 Bedroom Unit/townhouse, 2 Bathrooms: 10-12 hrs
House:
- 3 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms: 12-14 hours
- 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 family rooms: 14-16 hours

What does MMI need to know to provide you a quote?
- Your full name, phone number and email address
- Date you are moving out, and date keys need to be returned or date new tenants are moving in
- The number of bedrooms & bathrooms
- The property address
- Property managers details (for guarantee)
- The number of carpeted rooms
- Do you require an exit pest treatment?
- Any areas you have concerns about
How to prepare for your move?
Once you have decided on your move date, please contact us at your earliest convenience to get your no obligation quote.
Once you have confirmed your booking with us we will book in your services and all you need to do is pack your boxes and move to your new home, MMI will take care of the rest.

What type of chemicals do you use?
We use industrial quality cleaning products, along with top of the line cleaning equipment to ensure that we can provide the most effective and efficient exit clean.
Do you clean furnished homes?
Yes we do! We also specialise in pre-sale cleans and exit cleans. Whether you’re moving from a furnished home, selling your home and wanting it to sparkle for your next open home, or to ensure it’s sparkling clean for your real estate photos, give MMI a call for a free quote.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
MMI Domestic Services has full public liability insurance coverage & workers compensation with WorkCover QLD.
